At Real Aloe, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll work to make it right.
1) Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
For EU customers, see the EU 14-Day Cooling-Off section below.
2) Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase (order number is fine).
Note on liquids and consumables:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or partially used bottles unless the return is due to damage, defect, or we shipped the wrong item.
3) How to Start a Return
All returns must be approved before sending anything back.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions by email or phone.
Important: Items sent to any address without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
4) Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right quickly.
In these cases, we will cover all return or replacement shipping costs.
5) Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the original item, and once approved, place a new order for the replacement.
If you’d prefer a direct exchange, let our team know, and we’ll assist if inventory allows.
6) Non-Returnable Items

Opened consumables or liquids (unless damaged/defective/wrong item)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such at purchase)

7) Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Our error: (damaged, defective, wrong item) — We provide a prepaid label.

Other returns: (change of mind, ordered wrong item) — Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a discounted label upon request.
8) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If 15 business days pass after approval and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@realaloe.com.
Condition adjustments: If returned items are not in their original, resalable condition, we may deny the refund or apply a reasonable deduction.
9) 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on products that are damaged, defective, or don’t meet your expectations.
For opened liquid items, our team will review each situation case-by-case to ensure a fair resolution — whether that’s a replacement, credit, or refund.
10) EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
